Our Vetwise service offers a 24/7 virtual triage, where Registered Veterinary Technologists assess your pet’s situation and either connect you with a B.C.-licensed veterinarian for a virtual consultation, or guide you to the appropriate in-person emergency facility. In a quiet garden room, under soft light with a peaceful view of the garden, your pet can feel safe and calm. Our Rainbow room offers complete privacy and every detail is taken care of, so your focus can be entirely on being together.

We guide your pet gently and kindly, helping them relax and feel comfortable and making sure you're informed on every step. You decide how much you want to be present, and we follow your lead, honouring your pace every step of the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A peaceful setting

We offer Euthanasia appointments to take place in our Rainbow room; a private, peaceful space with a view of the garden and comfortable couch. You can also choose be outdoors in our garden, or in your vehicle for large dogs with mobility issues - whatever is most comfortable

Minimal Stress

Your pet will be gently sedated beforehand to help them relax. You may choose to be present for this or have it done privately in our treatment area. Paperwork and payment are completed ahead of time so you can leave quietly and privately when you're ready.

Guidance & Support

We are here for you before, during, and after euthanasia, offering care, understanding, and support through this emotional time. In partnership with Honour Your Pet Crematorium, aftercare options, including private or communal cremation, keepsake urns, paw prints, and fur clippings are available
